Lifestyle The wonderful thing about aromatherapy is that it’s benefits are not only physically beneficial but also mentally so. Take frankincense for example.
I use it in my Winter Face Balm to help banish dry skin but it can also help to relief nervous tension & stress related conditions. The good news doesn’t stop there, all my ingredients in my products are totally natural. I use the finest bases including shea butter, bees wax, almond oil, carrot oil etc but the most wonderful part of making my skin care products is the essential oil’s themselves. T
Heading to the south of Spain tomorrow where the orange and lemon blossom is in full bloom scenting the air with its beautiful scent. Orange blossom or Neroli is one of my all time favourite aromatherapy oil known for rejuvenating both body and soul, guaranteed to make you smile and daydream of Mediterranean shores.
