Hello 👋🏻 it's me with a little wellness ditty wherever you're at in your day, in the highs, lows, mediums & slows of life🌻

I've had a rude reawakening at how important our health & wellness is in the last few months because I got way too busy for my body to handle.. twice 🤦🏻‍♀️

Life is wonderful at reminding us what our priorities need to be when we stop listening, friends. For me, it's a swift reminder of why I started my health & wellness business in 2011 by researching well & finding some of the best & most reputable wellness goodies on the planet & investing in my own health.

Every day since, I've been using the products I refound after my parents & I were first introduced to them in the 90s but didn't really know what they had their hands on 🫶🏻 I still have the original Aloe First (aid) ⛑️ Spray, found in the garage when I was praying about starting this business! So now, it's time to reassess my priorities & endeavour to make the Health & Wellness of body, soul, spirit (& consequently pocket) the HIGHEST PRIORITY because I only have this 1 body/ temple to live & move & have my being in for life! "You & me both", I hear you say!

There's something about an ambassador who represents not just so much of what you love, but so much of what the people you love, love. That's a lot of love going around!

In this case, the love of a father & his influence through rugby, together with the importance of family & health as well as the heartbreak of losing your dad as Ben Cohen shares about. These are all "me too"s I can relate to & think of more as Father's Day approaches. Relating is what makes life work. In some cases from the sidelines, in the bloodlines & sadly at the bedside of my Dad. In each moment, I was on the sidelines cheering, praying, believing him to get better, in "touch, pause, engage" mode. Even if I wasn't "playing", I was playing a part that was my own & no one else's in each scenario.

I've watched this short video several times before being able to articulate or share how much it means to me, to see that this former rugby pro, Ben Cohen, has become an ambassador for the life-changing endeavour that Forever offers. It encourages me no end and reminds me of the man who introduced me, albeit to the sidelines (!). My Dad was an epic encourager of all stages of rugby, from Old Wesley RFC, Leinster Rugby, IrishRugby, beyond to the British and Irish Lions & our own Brian O'Driscoll. He went the extra mile, travelled thousands of miles in his lifetime to support his team & this Father's Day, to honour his memory & what I learned from him, the success I've known with Forever, which I give him due credit for, I will be sharing more of my journey LIVE on this page, including the brand new chapter of endeavours with Forever my team & I are building.
