SPINAL FLOW TECHNIQUE; It’s amazing. I have started practising on my volunteers. The changes are unbelievable. One person likens the feeling to taking a Xanax! Another says that she is so chilled out she is floating around the place. There have been postural changes in these people, and parts of their nervous system have been unblocked leading to this ease & calmness. YOU can change how you feel & improve your health & get rid of all the stuff you have been carrying around for years upon years. I am planning on becoming certified this summer so PLEASE give this therapy a go, you honestly won’t believe how good you can feel

Looking for a new idea for a gender reveal/ baby shower?! 🤣
In this video my husbands colleague opens a sealed envelope with their other colleagues unborn baby’s gender written on it. I had seen the gender of the baby in her feet & written it. The envelope was opened the day the baby boy was born 💙🩵
