Introducing Laura, one of our Eden One Pro Trainers.

Laura holds a BSc in Sports Science and Health and has worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for the past four years.

She specialises in body recomposition, sport-specific training and functional fitness, with an approach rooted in the philosophy that movement is medicine.

Whether the goal is to reduce body fat while building lean muscle, elevate athletic performance, or develop a stronger, more resilient body that moves without pain, Laura focuses on sustainable, long-term progress rather than short-term fixes.

Through evidence-based programmes tailored to each individual and their goals, Laura helps clients optimise their health and performance while building a strong, capable body for life.

Our members recently enjoyed an inspiring evening with Stephen beaddie who showcased his approach to creating delicious, nutritious meals that are both practical and full of flavour. Through a live cooking demonstration, Stevie shared the techniques and philosophy behind making healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and sustainable.

Hosted by Conor Meyler in partnership with VEYO. , the evening continued with an insightful Q&A featuring Laura Kealy of Bridge Nutrition , where members explored topics including nutrition, performance, recovery, and building healthier habits for everyday life.

Guests also received curated goodie bags from our partners, rounding off an evening of great food, meaningful conversation, and practical takeaways to support their wellbeing journey.

José takes a performance-driven approach to health and fitness, helping clients build strength, resilience and confidence both inside and outside the gym. Every programme is tailored to the individual, with a focus on sustainable progress and long-term results.

Specialising in functional strength and conditioning, muscle building and body recomposition, José works with clients looking to improve athletic performance, lose body fat, build lean muscle or simply move and feel better. His goal is to help every client unlock their full potential through intelligent, evidence-based coaching that delivers lasting results.

From the first drinks of the afternoon to an unforgettable evening overlooking the Dublin skyline, members came together for a day of exceptional food, a premium selection of drinks to suit every taste thanks to@our drinks partners Di**le Gin & Vodka Di**le Distillery Living Things Soda , live music from Love Sensation and, above all, great company.

With our chefs serving a rooftop barbecue, panoramic city views and an atmosphere that carried long into the evening, it was a celebration of connection, community and the moments that make Eden One truly special.
