This summer brings longer days and sunshine, but also restless nights. Higher temperatures, humidity, and brighter evenings make it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. Good sleep is essential for energy, mood, and health, especially in the heat. Here are practical tips to improve sleep quality in warmer weather, plus how Ashwagandha can help:
1. Create a Cool Sleep Sanctuary
Your bedroom should ideally be 16–19°C. Close blinds/curtains during the day to block heat.
Use a fan for airflow and open windows at night if cooler outside.
Choose lightweight cotton or linen bedding.
