Reasons You’re Not Progressing in the Gym
1. Lack of Intensity: You’re sticking with the same weights each week instead of gradually increasing them and applying progressive overload.
2. Not Eating Enough (Especially Protein!!) many women under eat because their afraid of “bulking” if your body doesn’t have fuel it won’t build muscle or recover properly
