With temperatures predicted to reach 30°C in some Irish locations this week, it's extremely important you keep an eye on the UV Index. See our graphics for a summary on the UV Index and what precautions should be taken.

We should be taking the 5-S Approach whenever the UV index measures 3 or higher:

🧴 SLOP on Sunscreen - at least factor 30
👒 SLAP on a Hat
⛱️ SEEK some Shade - especially between 11am and 3pm
😎 SLIDE on Sunglasses
