Absolutely Disgusted by this review Amy it won’t allow me to reply so I can only hope you see this !!

We have no issue with clients being English — the owner is half English, has immediate English family, and one of our senior stylists is English. So the accusation of racism is not only false, it is completely absurd.

The stylist you have chosen to insult is one of our busiest and most creative team members, trusted by a huge number of loyal clients. She simply made the professional decision not to take on a service after your consultation became hostile and you repeatedly made derogatory comments about Irish hairdressers.

You then called her a “f***ing b**ch” directly to her face before leaving. We will always protect our staff from abusive behaviour, and no member of our team is required to accept it.

We stand over our decision entirely.

A note following an incident in the salon today.

A walk-in client requested a consultation and, before any service had begun, expressed repeated dissatisfaction with Irish hairdressers and doubts about whether our stylist could achieve what she wanted.

Our stylist professionally explained that she did not feel she was the right fit for the service, as expectations were clearly unlikely to be met. No appointment was carried out.

Unfortunately, the conversation then became personal and disrespectful towards our team member.

At Hair at 74/ Fusion & Sei Bella we will always treat every client with courtesy and respect. In return, we expect the same for our staff. Abusive, insulting or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

A note to the client if you see this after the insulating name you called my stylist you expressed you would be leaving a terrible review and how Irish people are so rude , please note I look forward to this review I will reply accordingly.

Very proud of myself after this colour correction 😅 The pink was incredibly hard to remove !! But my client had an inspo picture which I didn’t think we could achieve but we do and more !!!! Absolutely Thrilled with this !!!
