Elaine Shanahan is excited to offer a new type of Kinesiology treatment. BioKinesiology is a complimentary therapy that focuses on noncommunicable pathologies and conditions affecting many people in society today. I'll give myself the ick even saying this but my love of the chakra and meridian system combined has curated a new way of treating clients, just this weekend. It landed (eewwww, more ick) into my consciousness and I'm buzzing to work on clients this week. When it lands, it feels right in my heart, but I gotta put it into practice to feel and see the results!

I'm very very fortunate to get 5* reviews and gorgeous compliments from my clients daily. But today, this one stopped me in my tracks. This sums up exactly what I want to do for my clients. A big sigh, to have relief, even if it's just for the hour with me. May have shed a tear. I'm so so proud of this client and I feel privileged to work with him.
I change my prayer every few months. But once I create one, that comes with me across all modalities. From Reiki to angelic healing, from distance sessions to reflexology. I love an aul prayer! I tailor it to every client as you can see in this one above.
When I trained in reiki first taught me all about the calling in prayer. Dr Usui knew all about intention and it sets the intention perfectly!

I'm so proud to be a BioKinesiologist
I love that we get to tune into the body and gain insight into what it may be prioritising and what it needs support with.
Muscle testing is my secret sauce!
What I love most is how adaptable it is, it can be used with kiddos and adults, in person, remotely, and through surrogate testing.
As one of the first graduates of BioKinesiolgy in Ireland it's been a modality that has helped my clients secure profound healing again and again.
A little insight into some of the ways I work my loves,
As a massage therapist, energy healer, kinesiologist, reflexologist and much more, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to listen to the body and adapt each session to what you need in that moment.
No two bodies are the same, and no two sessions should be either. I'll meet you how you are on that day.
I work intuitively, tuning into what your body is communicating and allowing that to guide the treatment always with your permission and collaboration.
I trust the body to guide me.
The body knows exactly what it needs. We just have to listen

A few years back, I shared my blog on the final hours of my mam’s life, and how I feel so blessed with her passing.
Today, I wanted to share another post. This blog is about heartache and the end of a relationship.
To me, I’ve come to learn that grief is so different. It wears many hats, and it feels like it impacts different parts of my heart. Of all the grief I’ve had in my life, not one has ever felt the same. From fertility, to relationships, from death to friendship. I wish each form of grief had its own word!
Anyways, there’s my musings. Link in the bio if you fancy a read whilst drinking a cuppa. Probably lots of grammar and spelling issues, but that’s how I roll 🤣
