I became lately professional coach & mentor and breathwork & nlp facilitator - I help people regulate their nervous system - and find solutions to difficult emotional challenges - my clients included! 🌟❤️ My goal is to especially guide women, mothers and single mothers or from patchwork families- just like mine to overcome their fears in the easiest way possible. 😍
