Let me tell you a story.

A story about a woman.

A woman with unwavering willpower. Strong as a mountain. Grounded, resilient, and deeply rooted. A woman who stands firm through every storm life sends her way.

When I looked at the inspiration, I saw a solitary mountain wrapped in a cloud — majestic, powerful, and calm.

But I saw something more.

That cloud is not merely decorating the summit. The mountain holds it close, allowing it to condense into rain that flows downward, nourishing the forest at its feet. Giving life to what cannot be seen from afar.

And that is the essence of true feminine strength.

Not the strength that dominates.
Not the strength that needs to be loud.

But the strength that nurtures, protects, and creates space for growth.

When I created this hairstyle, I wasn’t simply styling hair. I was shaping a landscape from my imagination. Translating a story into texture, form, shadow, and light.

To some, it is avant-garde hair.

To me, it is a visual poem.

A reminder that creativity is not about recreating what we see.

Creativity begins when we discover what lies beyond the obvious.

This is how I see the world.
Through imagination, symbolism, and emotion.

And sometimes, a mountain becomes a woman.
A cloud becomes hair.
And hair becomes art.

There is something about recovery that changes you.
It’s a quieter time. A slower time. A time when your energy feels lower and your soul needs gentleness more than ever.

Yesterday, after almost two months away from work recovering after my operation, I went to my salon and allowed myself to simply be taken care of.

I came back to my favourite soft pastel pink blonde — fresh, luminous, delicate.
And somehow… it was never only about the hair.

It was about feeling like myself again.
Feeling feminine again.
Feeling seen again.
Feeling my energy slowly coming back to life.

And this is exactly why places like this matter so much.

Sometimes as women we carry everything for everyone else for so long, that we forget how deeply healing it is when someone finally takes care of us with kindness, attention and heart.

I’m incredibly grateful to my team at Bozena Sarek Hairdressing for every detail, every gentle moment, every touch of care.
For making me feel safe, supported and beautiful again.
For reminding me that even during recovery, even during difficult moments, the light in us is still there — sometimes we simply need someone to help us bring it back out.
