The reality is, most people accept how they move and feel.

Live with it long enough and it stops being a problem. It becomes who you are. โ€œIโ€™ve a bad back.โ€ โ€œIโ€™m just not flexible.โ€ โ€œMy shoulderโ€™s always been dodgy.โ€

And your brain keeps you there on purpose.

Thatโ€™s the result of an intelligent training approach.

But if youโ€™re training consistently and youโ€™re stiff, tight, injury-prone, joints aching โ€” well, somethingโ€™s wrong.

And if you continue on that trajectoryโ€ฆ where youโ€™re gonna be when youโ€™re fifty, sixty?

Think long term. Train smart.
