Chinese cupping should not be painful. During the massage, you may feel strong suction, warmth, or a slight tingling sensation, especially in areas where the muscles are more tense.
If you experience any discomfort, the suction intensity can be adjusted to suit your needs. Every body responds differently, which is why each treatment should be tailored individually.
After the session, redness or bruising may appear. This is a natural skin response and usually fades within a few days.
