I purchased a Rare Beauty highlighter from Cosmetic Hub several months ago. Before buying, I specifically asked them whether it was original, and they assured me that it was genuine.

When I received it, the texture was completely different from the genuine product. They initially denied it and asked me for proof. So I went to Sephora, compared it with the genuine product, recorded a video and sent them the evidence.
After a lot of follow-ups, I returned the product as they instructed, but getting my refund was another struggle. They kept delaying it with “today/tomorrow” promises, until I eventually filed a consumer complaint with all my evidence. I eventually received my refund

This happened months ago, and honestly, after going through all that stress, I didn't want to get involved in these things again. But the old comparison video was still with me. After another customer recently came forward with a similar experience and asked me to share any proof I had, I decided to post my experience too.
