What does the prostate actually do—and why does prostate health matter? 👨⚕️
The prostate gland is a small gland located below the bladder. It produces fluid that becomes part of semen and helps support s***m.
As men get older, the prostate can naturally become enlarged. This is called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). An enlarged prostate can put pressure on the urethra and cause changes in urination, such as:
🚽 Weak urine flow
⏳ Difficulty starting urination
🌙 Waking up frequently to p*e
💧 Feeling like the bladder hasn't completely emptied
Important: Urinary symptoms don't automatically mean prostate cancer. BPH is common and is not cancer. However, persistent changes in urination shouldn't simply be dismissed as "normal aging."
💙 Understanding prostate health early can help you recognize changes and know when to seek medical advice.

Ever wondered what that SpO₂ number on a pulse oximeter actually means? 👀
SpO₂ stands for peripheral oxygen saturation — it gives an estimate of how much oxygen your blood is carrying.
Generally, 95–100% is considered normal for most healthy people. Lower readings may need to be interpreted based on the person, symptoms, and circumstances.
Also remember: cold fingers, movement, nail polish, poor circulation, and the device itself can affect the reading.
So, don’t panic over a single number—but don’t ignore persistently low readings, especially if you have symptoms like breathlessness, chest pain, confusion, or bluish lips.
📌 Save this reel for the next time you check your SpO₂!

Not drinking enough water? Your body may give you little signs before you even realize it. 👀
Dark urine, dry mouth, headaches, tiredness, or constipation can sometimes be linked to inadequate fluid intake.
💧 Keep sipping water throughout the day and remember—your fluid needs can vary depending on your activity, weather, and overall health.
