There was a time when Sundays meant work, online classes, bridal appointments, meetings or simply being outside.

Today was different.

For the first time in what feels like more than a year, I stayed home from morning till night on Sunday.

Not because I had nothing to do—I actually worked all day. I was scripting content, approving edits, planning upcoming classes, discussing ideas with my team… but I did all of it from home.

I also made a small promise to myself today.

No stepping out.
No phone calls.
Only texts if something was important.

I even wanted to go for a 10k steps walking routine, but I resisted the urge because I wanted to experience a full day of simply being indoors with my kids.

And honestly… it felt so peaceful.

We often think productivity means constantly being on the move. But today reminded me that sometimes productivity also looks like slowing down, being present, hearing my kids laugh, sharing little moments, and making memories inside the walls of my own home.

This simple Sunday felt like a luxury.

As a mom and an entrepreneur, uninterrupted time with my children is something I’ve dreamt of for so long. Today, I finally got to live that dream, even if it was just for one day.

My heart feels full🤍

I chose kindness… I never wished harm upon anyone.

I trusted people… I never learned how to deceive.

I experienced betrayal… Yet I never chose to betray anyone.

Maybe that’s why life still continues to test me…

But one thing I will never lose is my conscience.

One day, time itself will speak for my patience, my truth and the way I chose to live🖤
