Tried Mild High Protein Atta today! 👀

100g atta = approximately 46g protein and under 400 calories, while costing around ₹20.

I used 100g atta to make 3 chapatis. The chapatis are a little chewy and there is a slight soy taste, but honestly, 46g protein from the flour is pretty interesting if you’re trying to increase your protein intake on a vegetarian diet.

How I made it:
• 100g Mild High Protein Atta
• Add water gradually and knead into a dough
• Rest the dough for a few minutes
• Make 3 chapatis and cook them normally on a tawa

Would you try an atta like this?
