It’s Navratri special.

Navratri cravings, but make them mindful.

This festive season, we’re giving your favorites an ISYA twist with two delicious Navratri Specials:

Makhana Melt—a creamy apple-cocoa smoothie made with roasted makhana, nuts, seeds, kesar and cardamom.

Cocoa Crèmecake—layers of chocolate brownie, creamy Greek-yogurt cheesecake, and a rich cocoa topping.

Festive, indulgent, and made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients—because Navratri treats can taste this good too.

Save the recipes and try them at home.

Your bridal glow needs a timeline, not a last-minute facial.

With 60 days in hand, there’s time to work on the things that actually bother you, dullness, pigmentation, pores, fine lines, mild acne, tanning, texture and even body concerns.

At ISYA, we build your bridal prep around you. Your skin, your lifestyle, your concerns and, most importantly, your wedding date.

From customised facials and Glow Factor to microneedling, PRP, IV drips and body toning, every treatment is planned with one goal: getting you wedding-ready without the last-minute panic.

The dress has a fitting. Your skin deserves a plan too.

These paintings depict our current mood a little too accurately.

Planning our skin months in advance, inspecting every new wrinkle, spending Saturdays at the dermatologist, asking for five more minutes of face massage…

Meanwhile, the rest of life? We’ll figure it out.

At least the skin plan is sorted.

Most people spend hundreds on skincare but never ask if it’s actually reaching where it needs to.

The biggest limitation of even the best skincare isn’t the ingredients, it’s absorption.

Microneedling creates thousands of tiny, controlled micro-channels in the skin. For a short period after treatment, these channels enhance the delivery of professional skincare ingredients while also triggering your skin’s natural healing response.

Here’s what research shows:

• Microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production through the skin’s natural wound-healing process.

• Studies have reported significant improvements in acne scars, fine lines, skin texture, and overall skin quality after a series of treatments.

• Research also suggests that combining microneedling with targeted topical treatments can improve the pe*******on and effectiveness of active ingredients compared to topical application alone.

Over time, this can lead to:

• Smoother skin texture
• Brighter, more even skin tone
• Firmer, healthier-looking skin
• Reduced appearance of acne scars and fine lines

Microneedling isn’t about creating “perfect skin” overnight, it’s about helping your skin repair, regenerate, and function better from within.

If you’re looking to improve skin texture, acne scars, enlarged pores, pigmentation, fine lines, or collagen production, microneedling could be an excellent addition to your treatment plan.

What if the next step in treating hair loss isn’t another serum, but a laser?

A 2026 systematic review and meta-analysis looked at 15 clinical studies involving 1,097 patients with androgenetic alopecia and found that fractional laser therapy was associated with significant improvements in hair density.

Interestingly, the biggest takeaway wasn’t about finding the “best” laser. Both ablative and non-ablative fractional lasers showed similar effectiveness, with different wavelengths performing comparably.

What may matter more? Combination therapy.

Fractional lasers may support hair growth by stimulating wound-healing pathways and creating microscopic channels that can improve the delivery of topical treatments. When combined with established hair-loss therapies, results were stronger than using those treatments alone.

At Isya, we also use ClearSkin laser as part of our approach with minimal discomfort and no downtime.

Because treating hair loss is becoming less about one miracle solution and more about finding the right combination for the right patient.

Save this if you’re dealing with hair fall, thinning or androgenetic alopecia.

That post-HydraFacial glow, in her own words.

Our lovely patient recently tried the Elixir HydraFacial at Isya, giving her skin just the boost of hydration, freshness and glow it needed.

And for us, the best part is hearing how much she loves not just her skin, but the entire Isya experience, from our team to the doctors she trusts with her skin.

Healthy, hydrated skin that looks just as good without makeup? We love to see it.

Want to give your skin the same boost? DM us with your contact number to book your appointment at Isya.

When the facial is good but the therapist gets the five-star review.

Neo clearly has a fan club now.

Kind, gentle, thorough and apparently very easy to love — exactly how we want every Isya experience to feel.

If you’ve had a treatment with Neo, you already know.

And if you haven’t… maybe it’s time to get Neo’d.
