Alora Packs
One stop destination for all your designing and packaging needs.
Most packaging companies on your feed are not packaging companies. They are resellers with a good camera.
This is our floor. The wrapping machine, the creasing table, the crates of finished boxes waiting for a QC pass. Three floors in Jaipur, and every box we have ever posted came off this line.
We are showing it because it is the one thing a reseller cannot show you — and the one thing worth checking before you place an order with anyone.
Ask your supplier for a floor video. Watch what happens.

Nobody compliments a handle. Everybody remembers when one gives way.
Ribbon handles look better than rope or cord, and they’re the part of a bag most likely to fail — because ribbon is flat, and flat under load works through card like a blade. Cord distributes; ribbon concentrates.
The fix is a reinforced patch on the inside face, glued in before the bag is folded, so the eyelet pulls against reinforcement rather than against a single layer of card.
We knot on the inside too. Cleaner on the face, and the knot sits against the patch instead of dragging at the hole.

Packaging that’s made to fit your brand.🤝
Alora Butter Paper is available in different GSMs, with customizable sizes, prints and specifications — designed for food packaging that looks as good as it performs.🙌
Some finishes only exist in person.
This box does two things on one surface, working in opposite directions. Gold foil reads by catching light. Blind emboss underneath reads by catching shadow. Light it flat and you see the foil and miss the emboss entirely which is half the design gone.
Which is why this is a video and not a photograph. The finish only appears when the light moves.

A mailer box has one job that has nothing to do with looking good: arriving intact.
Three failure points, every time. Corners crush under stacking in a sorting facility. Seams split when the box takes moisture. Flaps tear when a customer opens it with a key.
Glued seams rather than stapled — a staple rusts, and a rusted staple bleeds into the liner and stains whatever it’s touching. Interlocking tuck flap so the box opens clean and closes again if the customer needs to send it back.
Single-colour print on kraft, no lamination, so the whole thing recycles as it is.

When artwork wraps a carton, the corners are where you find out if it worked.
This illustration runs continuously across four faces. Every fold has to land exactly where the design allows, or you get a break in the linework right at the corner — the first thing anyone notices and the last thing anyone forgives.
Illustrated skin tones are the other risk. They shift further off-target than flat colour does, and there’s no correcting them once the run is going. So they get proofed on the real stock before press, not signed off from a PDF.
Uncoated throughout. Muted by choice.

Dust bags get judged after the sale, not before.
The customer keeps the product. The outer box usually goes in the bin. The dust bag lives in a wardrobe for years — which makes it the piece of your packaging with the longest life and, almost always, the least attention paid to it.
Screen-printed rather than heat-transferred, because transfer cracks after a few washes and a cracked logo is worse than no logo. Matching hang tag on uncoated stock so the paper and the fabric feel like they came from the same brand.
Fabric is packaging too.

Tissue is the layer most brands skip and every customer touches first.
Thin on purpose. It has to drape over a product, crumple in the hand, and make the right sound when it is pushed aside. Anything heavier behaves like wrapping paper, which is a completely different feeling and a worse one.
The wordmark repeats across the whole sheet rather than sitting centred, so it reads no matter how it is folded. Packers do not fold carefully.
