Ingredients:

200g mozzarella cheese (cut into bite-sized cubes) 🧀

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

Set up a breading station with 3 shallow bowls.
Bowl 1: Flour.
Bowl 2: Beaten eggs.
Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Cheese:

Dredge each mozzarella cube in flour, ensuring all sides are coated.
Dip into the beaten eggs, then roll in the seasoned breadcrumbs. Press gently to ensure the breadcrumbs stick. Repeat this process for a thicker coating.
Chill:

Place the coated cheese bites on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This helps the coating stay intact while frying.
Fry to Perfection:

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet to 180°C (350°F). 🛢️🔥
Fry the cheese bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried bites to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Garnish and Serve:
