Here’s my thoughts ⏬

1. Full coverage foundation is not for everyone! Also, it doesn’t mean more longevity. Building on foundation with right application gives a better finish.
2. A few spritz of setting spray won’t make your makeup last all day. It’s helps to melt all the powders together. But a fixing spray in the end is essentially needed.
3. Natural makeup isn’t quicker rather it involves more precision, better skills and right technique to achieve a natural look that will last you all day.
4. I’ve learned the hard way to identify red flags in a client and how to avoid them. Instead I attract the clients I want.
5. Using more products doesn’t mean a better finish infact this can lead to the foundation getting caked up and is prone to early creasing.
6. Baking isn’t for every client and it doesn’t mean your makeup will last. Clients with dry skin should be kept away from it. Understanding products over trending techniques always.
7. Luxury looking makeup doesn’t equate performance. An artist with better experience and techniques will give you better results as compared to the artist who only hoards luxury makeup. It’s a mix of both.
