The Foot Balm Presents “Sole Raas”! We’re opening up our office for an afternoon of dhol, dandiya and one full choreography to a classic navratri song, taught by a dandiya guru. Whether you’ve danced every garba since school or never held a dandiya, you’ll leave knowing the whole routine, making new friends and ready for night one of Navratri!

Shanaya is being silly, again! Everyone tell Shanaya the pH of water is 7 and that the pH of skin is 4.5-5.5. The pH of skin is acidic because of the acid mantle that acts as a shield that blocks harmful bacteria.
