One thing I’ve learned as a founder is that not every customer interaction needs to end in a sale.

I wouldn’t say marketing is my greatest strength, but over the years I’ve learned that some of the most valuable insights come from simply paying attention.

Some of my most memorable conversations with customers had nothing to do with selling a product. They were just conversations, ones that left me with a better understanding of the people we serve.

As founders and business owners, it’s easy to focus on growth, conversions, and numbers. Those things matter. But so does staying connected to the people on the other side of the business.

Building a brand has taught me that there is a lot to learn when you’re willing to listen.

Sometimes the most valuable lessons come from a conversation.

Do you think listening is an underrated skill in business?

Everyone talks about having a 5-year plan.

The truth? I never had one.

When I started building my brand, I had more questions than answers. How much would I invest? Where would I find manufacturers? Would this even work?

Thinking 5 years ahead felt overwhelming.

So instead of trying to predict the future, I focused on the next step. Then the next. Then the next.

I didn’t have a roadmap. I had curiosity, intuition, and a willingness to keep moving forward.

The goal wasn’t to have everything figured out. The goal was to make decisions that my future self would thank me for.

Sometimes the best way to build something meaningful is one day at a time.

What are your thoughts on 5-year plans?

Everyday, we try to take just one more step. This time, it felt a little too big! We are now live on Myntra! 🩷🧡
