Diversify your food and add a little bit of good fat like nuts and seeds, fiber like kheera, coriander complex carbs like pumpkin, good protein ( coming here is protein powder, some from sprouts, roasted chana ) and you will find that your plate has become balanced one😍
Matki, gram, almond, peanut, raisin, sesame, chia seeds, pumpkin, cucumber, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, green chilli, lemon, sattu & protein, sprinkled with few spices & showered with lots of love. The result was a nutrient-rich breakfast.
