There are people who hates Competitions and there are some who keeps on participating even after failing!
Its not about securing position but trying.
These competition helps us to level up our skills and creativity!
Whike discussing the recipes, my daughter suggested to make charcuterie board of mangoes, I was overwhelmed & denied immediately!
But she encouraged & promised to assist me.
And tadaaa...
We won!

I have made this semi dry version of the chutney.
The main ingredients are hadjod, salt, tamarind (you can use dry amla or fresh, can add tomatoes, the way you want your chutney, anything sour to reduce that itchiness).
Rest ingredients are optional and add as per as your taste/availability. No perfect measurements needed.
I have used til (sesame) oil here, which then I strained and can be used over salads, veggies or the chutney itself. This can be used for fractured or to massage aching bone as well.
The sap of this herb is quiet itchy when comes in contact with skin. Consuming raw can also makes throat itchy.
To consume : have it with piping hot roti/ rice/ Parathas with dollop of pure ghee smeared over it .
Or have it with your regular meal as pickle. Mix it with your sabji/ gravy or green chutney once cooked.
