Sunday Reset Club / 04 OCT / 9:00-10:30AM
SAUNA / SWIM / CACAO / JOURNAL 🧘🏻♀️
We are so excited for this one, starting October off strong and boy will you sleep good that evening. We will start with alternating between sea swimming and sauna use for the first 50 minutes. Followed by a cacao break filling you up with something nourishing and grounding before we move into 5 questions to help you review the previous month and dial in on the month ahead. 📝
This session is £22 per person with limited spaces, you will leave feeling empowered, invigorated and motivated about the month ahead.
A space for you to build habits that serve you and become more consistent in a gentle way. 🙏🏼

We listened, so many of our female customers are overwhelmed with not just the supplement industry but also LIFE. We wanted to find something close to a multivitamin, close to an all in one but not as overwhelming on the system as a lot of them can be, and with natural botanicals included too.
