Jamaican makeup artist, Monique Mcleod first started doing makeup while attending Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts where she studied Graphic design. Her passion for the arts led her to Dance and Drama School where she experimented with makeup for her performances. Her colleagues fell in love with her natural skill and technique, there by starting her makeup journey in stage makeup. Monique used her knowledge from art school along with her passion for beauty and people and transformed each client she touched. She is an avid believer that makeup should enhance not cover one's natural beauty, no matter the ethnicity. Some of her work has been displayed in the newspaper, magazine, television and billboards. She has worked with celebrities/personalities such as Yendi, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, Ms. Her services include one on one tutorials, lash application, on-location makeup for weddings, fashion shows, photography, film, video or special occasions anywhere in Jamaica.
