Heang’s & HeangzZ ft Leang Heang (Stilllovee) Remix-2026

I was rather shocked to encounter a long list of Cambodian "PhD holders" with their names and publications in the Academic Journal of Bodhisastra. While the journal itself appears highly problematic, Bodhisastra University lacks any standard government-approved accreditation and its degrees cannot be used to apply for civil service positions or government examinations in countries such as Thailand. Although the institution claims to be based in the State of Florida, its reference to the USDLA is misleading: the USDLA is an association that anyone can join by "paying a fee"—it is not a recognized accrediting agency. How many Cambodian PhD holders do you know who obtained their degrees from this type of university?
