Recently, we welcomed to the first leave-your-phone-at-the-door experience, designed to quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself 🧘‍♀️✨

Cocooned in cosy blankets and warmed by the Infrared PEMF Mat, guests were treated to a cup of Hibiscus Vanilla Delight tea from Tea Time in Cayman to calm the nervous system, while Jill guided a facial reflexology routine to weave into their morning practice. Kiristen then led an incredible sound bath, with layers of soothing sounds washing over the spa and pulling everyone into complete relaxation 💞
