you look in the mirror and realize something is definitely wrong with your edges. Then as the weeks go by you realize it's thinning out.
There could be a number of reasons for this. Particularly, if you are going through perimenopause or menopause.
That in itself can be quite frustrating, especially, if you don't know what is going on and what to do about it.

The hardest jump was the first one.🎯
Today at the gym, I challenged myself, to jump higher than I ever have before.
Standing there, my mind was racing:
But I jumped anyway.
Something amazing happened.
The moment I landed safely, fear lost its power. What seemed impossible seconds before became easy. I went on to complete 9 more reps with ease.
