Vicki is 49.

An accountant.
A woman who holds serious professional responsibility every single day.

She had spent five years trying to lose menopausal weight.
She was exercising.
Making healthy choices.
Trying harder. Eating less.

And getting nowhere.
She had started to believe this was simply what menopause did to her body.

That the stiffness, the weight, the woman she no longer recognised in the mirror — was just something she had to accept.

She was wrong.

Over five months we worked on her nutrition.

She started strength training at home for the first time in her life.

She learned how to plan around work travel and meals out without losing control.
That was it.

In her own words:

“Taking the leap and joining this programme has literally been a game changer for me.”
“It works. There’s nothing complicated, nothing stressful, just consistency, honesty, self-belief, and a desire to create a healthier future for yourself.”

79kg to below 70kg.
11cm off her waist.
Stronger. Sleeping better. Less stiff.

If you’re exceptional at everything except this and Vicki’s story resonates-drop a ♥️ in the comments below.

Two words.
Billions of pounds.
Zero clinical evidence.

Balance your hormones.

I’ve been a GP for 27 years.
Here’s what I want you to know.

Your hormones are not a dial you can turn with a supplement.

The next time you see those words, ask one question.

Which hormone?
By how much?
Measured how?

If they can’t answer that-you have your answer.

Save this.
Share it with someone spending money on “hormone balancing” supplements.

NHS Dr Resh completely transformed her life in 12 months.

I remember my very first call with Resh, and hearing how much she wanted to be able to build her online business around helping women through menopause.

Not just that, she wanted to put herself in a position where she got back her time, and was able to have the independence to do what she wanted, especially with her family.

Goals like these remain simply dreams for many people, but not for Resh. She has been focused and committed every single week.

Pushing through her own limiting beliefs, and making the shift from a more employee mindset, to that of an entrepreneur.

The revenue that Resh has hit (and consistently now), reflects all the areas that she has focused on through her journey with us.

She's in a really stable place, and has full confidence that what she's built, will continue to thrive for years to come.

If Resh's journey has inspired you to take action on your own goals, just like she did last year. Click the link in my bio, or send me a DM, I respond to my messages personally.

The biggest mistake I made in my journey.

I’m a doctor. I pick things up quickly.
I apply myself. I get results.

So when the weight came off I assumed I had it nailed.

I moved on.

That’s what high achievers do.

Except your body doesn’t work like that.

Losing weight and keeping it off are two completely different skills.

I’d mastered the first one.

I hadn’t even started on the second.

The weight came back.

Not because I wasn’t capable.

Because I left before I’d learned how to maintain it.

The most capable women I know make this exact mistake.

Fat loss takes time.
Maintenance takes longer.

If you could give yourself one piece of advice before you started your weight loss journey — what would it have been?

Drop it below.👇🏽

If you already feel weak and tired at 40, wait till you see what staying the same looks like at 60.

You run the meetings.
You make the decisions.
You hold everything together.

And somewhere along the way you stopped holding yourself together.

You’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix.

You’re wearing clothes that hide you rather than fit you.

You’re watching your energy decline and telling yourself it’s just age.

But here’s what keeps you awake at night.
You’ve watched your mother.
You’ve seen what decline looks like up close.

And quietly, in the back of your mind, you wonder if that’s where you’re headed.

It doesn’t have to be.

The women I work with are directors, lawyers, business owners, doctors.

Women who have never struggled to achieve anything in their professional life.

And who have completely stopped believing this is achievable for them.

It is.

But only if something changes.

What you accept at 40 you live with at 60.
The decision is yours.

Save this, share this, repost this.
You ladies all deserve better.
Comment “PRIME” below and I’ll show you exactly how I work with the women who are ready to choose differently.

She knew what to do.

What she needed was accountability, structure and someone who wouldn’t tolerate the excuses.

At 54, with a high-pressure career and a tendency to emotionally eat when stressed, she wanted to lose weight, but she also wanted to protect her future health and age well.

Six months later:

81.3 kg → 71.5 kg
Waist: 81 cm → 71 cm
Nearly 10 kg gone.

How?

Proper meal structure.
Guidance on exercise.
Accountability.

Nothing extreme.

She often ate the same meals because they worked.

And she kept going through work stress, meals out, conferences, family pressures and a bad back.

Her words say it best:

“I’m stepping into a version of myself I didn’t think I could reach again at 55.”

This is what consistency looks like.

If you’re a busy high functioning woman in your 40s or 50s who knows what to do but needs the structure and accountability to actually do it.

DM ME or COMMENT the word “READY”.

Intermittent fasting is one of the most common things women ask me about.

And my honest answer is always the same.

It works.
But not for the reason you think.

Intermittent fasting works because it helps most people eat less overall.

That creates a calorie deficit.

And a calorie deficit is what causes weight loss.

The fasting window itself is not magic.

So if you are fasting from 8pm to 12pm and then eating everything in sight during your eating window, you are not in a deficit.

And you will not lose weight.

There is nothing to suggest the cancer prevention claims are true.

The evidence in humans is limited.
Most of the research has been done in animal models.

What actually works is far less glamorous.
Adequate protein.
Daily movement.
Strength training.
A sustainable calorie deficit.

No fasting window required.

If intermittent fasting helps you achieve that-great.

If it isn’t working, now you know why.

The moment you start eating well, training consistently and prioritising yourself - someone will notice.

And they’ll have something to say about it.

A comment at dinner.
A raised eyebrow.
A friend who suddenly has opinions about your choices.

This is what I tell every client when it happens.

The women who are truly comfortable with their own choices don’t feel the need to comment on yours.

The ones who do are questioning their own.

Your decision to prioritise yourself is not up for debate.

It doesn’t need defending.

It doesn’t need explaining.

And it certainly doesn’t need their approval.

The only person whose opinion matters in this moment is yours.

I’d love to know, what’s your experience been?

Are your friends usually supportive or do you get the raised eyebrow?

When is enough going to be enough?

Ask yourself:

Are you going to live life in your shadow forever, or wait for the health consequences that are keeping you awake at night?

The only person holding you back is you.

❤️

Soon to be an empty nester in the
Roberts household.

My youngest smashed her A levels and got onto the course she chose.

I couldn’t be more proud of her.

It’s one of those weeks where life just feels full.

Full of emotion. Full of gratitude.
Full of that bittersweet feeling of watching your children become who they’re meant to be.

And while all of that was happening, my clients were on holiday.

Wearing clothes they haven’t worn in years.

Catching a glimpse of themselves again.

That never gets old for me.

I don’t take it for granted that these women trust me with something so personal.

Their health.
Their confidence.
Their sense of self.

I take that responsibility seriously.

Every single week.

Happy Sunday♥️
