විවාහ දිනයේ ලස්සන පෙනුමක් ලබාගැනීමට අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ එදින Makeup එක පමණක් නොවේ. අවම වශයෙන් සති කිහිපයකට පෙර සිට සම, හිසකෙස්, නියපොතු සහ ශරීර සත්කාර ක්‍රමවත් කිරීම වැදගත්.

1. ඔබේ Skin Type එක හඳුනාගන්න

* තෙල් සහිත සමද?
* වියළි සමද?
* මිශ්‍ර සමද?
* සංවේදී සමද?

ඔබේ සමේ ස්වභාවය අනුව Skincare products තෝරාගන්න.

2. අලුත් Products අත්හදා බලන්න එපා
විවාහයට ඉතා ආසන්න දිනවලදී අලුත් Cream, Serum, Facial හෝ Bleaching Treatment එකක් පළමු වරට භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් වළකින්න. Allergic reaction හෝ irritation ඇතිවිය හැක.

3. දිනපතා මූලික Skincare Routine එකක් තබාගන්න

🌙 රාත්‍රියේ
Cleanser → Moisturizer

ඔබ දැනට භාවිතා කරන products ඔබේ සමට ගැළපෙනවා නම් ඒවාම ක්‍රමවත් ලෙස භාවිතා කිරීම වඩා හොඳයි.

4. හිසකෙස් සත්කාරය
විවාහයට පෙර ඔබේ hair type එකට ගැළපෙන shampoo සහ conditioner භාවිතා කරන්න. අවශ්‍ය නම් professional hair consultation එකක් ලබාගන්න.

5. නියපොතු සහ අත් සත්කාරය
විවාහයට පෙර manicure/pedicure එකක් සැලසුම් කරන්න. නමුත් පළමු වරට කරන treatment එකක් නම් විවාහයට පෙර දින නොකර, කලින් test කර බලන්න.

6. ජලය සහ නින්ද
ප්‍රමාණවත් ජලය පානය කිරීම සහ හොඳ නින්දක් ලබාගැනීම ඔබේ සමේ පෙනුමටත්, විවාහ දිනයේ fresh appearance එකටත් උපකාරී වේ.

7. වැදගත්ම උපදෙස ❤️
