Oriflame with Tharu

Hii I’m Sharada Athapaththu. I’m from Kurunegala. I’m currently an undergraduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, following a TESL Special Degree in the department of English Language and Linguistics. I got to know about Oriflame business when I was in my second year through one of my friends called Thilini. During university days, I saw many of my friends were earning and I also thought of finding a part time business. Because I can’t call and tell all my necessities to my parents, because I had two siblings who were still schooling too. Then I started doing the business by placing a 100BP order. My parents and my friends helped me for my first order. Then in my second month I got to know that I can join people into my downlines. So I joined several school mates as my downliners and achieved 6%. In my third month, I achieved 12% level by passing 9%. Then I got default in my next month due to some university exams. Then I fell into 9% again. After about two three months I became 15%. It was a huge achievement for me. Because I just wanted to earn about 10,000/= per month. When I earned more than that I was surprised. I never wasted money. I kept on saving money. Then after maintaining 15% for about two months I achieved 18%. Then I maintained 18% level for about two months. I hoped to become a senior manager in the month of January of 2021. But unfortunately universities were suddenly started for half of my downliners. So after that I fell into 12% level again and little by little stood up with my dearest downliners. They are my backbone and I always motivate them. Finally we planned in deep how to adjust with this critical pandemic situation. According to the integration of several new ideas we thought of invading social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc. After that we started recruiting about 40 new downliners per month. It greately helped us to level up soon. Although I couldn’t become a senior manager soon I maintained 18% level for several months and earned some good commissions. I even bought an iphone 11 brandnew phone by my commissions. It was one of the biggest dreams I had. So I was lucky enough to buy it even before I become a senior manager. Finally I became a senior manager in the month of August. One would say my proceeding is slow. It’s all about how you learn things and still continuing it and not about the time it takes. And also it’s always better to do something than doing nothing. Thus we should never give up. All we have to do is just adapt to the current situation and do our best. If the world is changing, we also should change and adjust. If oriflame company starts selling clothes, we should be able to promote clothes. There’s where you find consistency. Dedication, determination and unity of our SUPREME UNITY team always lighted us up when we were in dark.
