Looking back on our CoRES workshops last January 🌱

What a privilege it was to gather artists, sustainability thinkers, and young voices for the KAKTUS CoRES workshops in a series of conversations shaped by curiosity, generosity, and care.

Grateful to our partners and delegates from aKTI (Cyprus) and RunOnArt (Greece) for the knowledge and solidarity shared across borders. These discussions reminded us that collaboration is at the heart of building more just and sustainable cultural futures, and we’re super excited for the next steps of CORES coming in 2027!

🎭 is directing 'Djalogu bejn Qaħba u l-Klijent Tagħha' in this weekend's Għaxra performances, after developing her craft through both our Muso Programme and Creative Lab.

🎭 joins the same production as a performer, while continuing his journey as part of our Acting 1-to-1 Mentorship Programme.

🎭 .99 , a graduate of our Acting Programme, is currently appearing in Skeċċ, a project commissioned by Spazju Kreattiv.

It’s been a busy year so far at the Studio 😅 and we’re showing no signs of slowing down!

We’ve got some exciting things lined up over the next few months, and we can’t wait to share them with you. First up: next week we’re welcoming 12 young actors for our 3-Day Actors’ Intensive alongside and , and we’re counting down the days until we get started.

, Creative Director of the Studio (you probably knew that one), is one of three judges picking this year's winners. His third year on the panel.

, part of the Studio team & currently in 1-to-1 acting mentoring too, is back presenting the FreeHour Youth Awards alongside Naomi Scicluna. Third year in a row too!

FreeHour are also our partners on the intergenerational learning side, so being on stage and on the panel for their biggest night just makes sense 👏

Yet another Studio alum flying the Maltese flag in London 🎉 is currently performing in The Paddington Bear Experience 🐻

From the Studio 18 stage to one of London’s most immersive family productions, we love seeing (and posting about 😝) our alumni growing & creating internationally!!
