Yesterday marked Jelena’s final working day at dwiefer 💔

After many years together, saying goodbye is certainly not easy. Jelena has been so much more than a colleague—she has always had my back, become like a sister and been a true part of the dwiefer family.

Thank you Jelena, for your dedication, your incredible service and everything you have given to dwiefer over the years. You will be deeply missed, and we wish you nothing but happiness and success in your next chapter.

As this change happened at short notice, we are currently working through all upcoming appointments. Where my availability allowed, appointments booked with Jelena have automatically been transferred to me.

Clients may also manage or reschedule their appointments directly through the Grunba app. Kyra will be contacting all remaining clients individually to help arrange the most suitable alternative.

We kindly ask for a little patience while we do our very best to accommodate everyone. Thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation and continued support during this transition—it truly means a lot to us 💜

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of our amazing clients for your patience, understanding and kindness over the past week, following the sudden passing of my beloved aunt, Rosette.

Thank you to everyone who kindly moved or rearranged your appointments, for your understanding while we navigated such a difficult time, and for the countless messages, calls and words of condolence. Your compassion has meant more than you could ever imagine, and I am truly grateful for every single one of you.

I will be returning to the salon tomorrow, and while I can’t wait to see you all again, I kindly ask you to bear with me over the next few days. I’m not quite there physically or mentally just yet, so if I happen to run a little behind schedule, I hope you’ll understand.

Thank you for your patience, your support and for always making Dwiefer feel like so much more than just a salon. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to welcoming you back. 💜
