Thank you for your continued support 🤍

Dear Clients,

I would like to kindly explain why my cancellation policy is important to me.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. I organise my working day around my appointments, and when someone cancels at the last minute, I usually do not have enough time to find another client to fill that space.

This means I lose the working hours that I could have offered to someone else. For a small business, every appointment and every working hour matters.

I understand that unexpected things can happen, and this is why I have different cancellation fees depending on how much notice I receive.

Please be considerate and give me as much notice as possible if you cannot attend your appointment.

I am asking for your understanding and respect for my situation. I always do my best to accommodate my clients, and I kindly ask for the same consideration in return.

Please take a few minutes to read the Cancellation Policy below carefully.

Thank you for understanding.
