Happy 44th Birthday to my Beardo ❤️🎂Carlo Rizzo

For your birthday, I planned a little surprise 🤭 Carlo thought we were going for a quiet weekend break in a hotel in Malta… just me and him, no kids ❤️

What he DIDN’T know was that I had packed our bags and we were actually going to the AIRPORT to catch a plane to Croatia 🇭🇷✈️😂

The funniest part was that he genuinely had NO IDEA 🤣 As the driver started taking the road towards the airport, Carlo started yapping at him from the back seat 😂😂 telling him he was taking all the wrong roads, losing time and that he should have gone the other, faster way 🤦‍♀️🤣

“Why are you taking so long?! We’re supposed to be going to Birżebbuġa!” 😂😂😂

Meanwhile, the poor driver got confused , SORRY MAM BUT I HAVE AIRPORT ON MY BOLT APPLICATION 🤣🤣 cos i felt bad foe the driver ( panicking miskin ) i had to say do not worry , yes ok airport good 😎😎😎 Carlo , WHAT !?????

Then he finally realised… WE WERE AT THE AIRPORT ✈️😂❤️ SURPRISEEEE! Croatia for 4 days 🇭🇷❤️

Four days of just me and you. No kids, no routines… just US 🥹❤️ And I didn’t realise how much we needed it.

It reminded me so much of the old days and reminded me all over again why I fell in love with you ❤️ When you have kids, life gets so busy and we don’t always find the time for each other like we used to… but these four days brought that feeling back 🥹❤️

We laughed SO much 😂 although, to be fair, most of the entertainment was YOU doing stupid things, dropping everything, nearly falling and me laughing at you 🤣🤣🤣 Definitely a funny one!

Happy 44th Birthday, Beardo ❤️ Thank you for these beautiful four days, for all the laughs, and for reminding me that underneath the chaos of everyday life and the kids… it’s still me and you ❤️
