Some came in looking for a new serum and somehow became familiar faces. Creators stopped by curious to discover the space, found something they loved and left excited to share it with their communities.

These are the moments we love most.

When we imagined Balanced Lifestore, we never wanted it to feel like just another shop. We wanted it to be a place where you could walk in, slow down for a moment and feel welcome.

A space where we talk about skincare, of course but also about life, wellbeing, work, relationships, travel, dreams and whatever else happens to be on our minds that day.

Sometimes you come in for a product and leave with a recommendation, a new idea, a good conversation or simply a little time for yourself.

That, to us, is what makes this place special.

Thank you to everyone who visits, comes back, brings a friend, shares our little space, creates with us and becomes part of the Balanced story.

When I opened Balanced, I wanted to create more than just a shop. I wanted it to be a little place where you could come in, slow down, discover something you love and simply feel good.

So hearing things like “I feel calm and safe here,” “This place is a gem,” or “I tell all my friends about you” honestly makes my heart so full. 🥹

And “I found you thanks to ChatGPT” made me smile so much. 😂🤍

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who walks through our door, whether you come in looking for a specific product, need help with your skin, want to treat yourself, or simply fancy a little browse.

Just another Balanced update 🤍

Balanced has been growing — slowly, organically and in ways that still make me smile (and sometimes think, how did I ever manage that?😅).

This summer, we opened our doors for more days and longer hours. You can now visit us Monday–Saturday, 10am–7pm.

And we’ve also officially moved our operations from my kitchen table to the store. 🥹

Yep… for months, I was packing every single order myself at home, on my kitchen table. From picking and wrapping your products to printing labels and getting everything ready for delivery, it was all happening from my little home setup.

Now, every morning, your orders are packed at our store and handed over to our local courier partner, Connect Couriers Connect Couriers - Gozo who help us get your Balanced parcels across Malta & Gozo. 📦✨

A few useful things to know about delivery:

🚚 Orders are shipped Monday–Friday
📦 Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 days
⚡ Sometimes your order may arrive the same day, but this isn’t guaranteed
🌟 Need it the next day? Select NEXT DAY DELIVERY at checkout and I will deliver your order personally
💸 Our couriers don’t provide CASH ON DELIVERY option at the moment but send us a message and I will deliver your package personally
🏠 If you miss your delivery, don’t worry — the courier will leave a note in your mailbox so you can contact them and arrange another delivery date
🛍️ Prefer to collect? Choose STORE PICKUP at checkout and collect from us in Swieqi
💚 And if you need your products *right now*, we’re also on Wolt Wolt Malta during our usual opening hours for instant delivery.

It might seem like a few small operational changes, but for me, they feel like big milestones.

From packing orders on my kitchen table to having a little store where your orders are packed every morning… Balanced is slowly becoming the little business I dreamed it could be. 🤍

**Founder’s Diaries: A little summer update ☀️🤍**

I feel like I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, so I thought it was time for a little update on what’s been happening behind the scenes at Balanced Lifestore.

This summer has been BUSY… in every possible way 😅 From running the store and managing day-to-day operations to working on new ideas, products and plans for what’s next, there has been a lot happening behind the scenes.

Some days have been exciting, some have been overwhelming, and some have been a reminder that running your own business definitely comes with challenges you never see coming. But seeing Balanced Lifestore continue to grow, seeing you come back to the store and hearing how much you love the products honestly makes every difficult moment worth it 🤍

We have so many things coming up and I’m really excited about the next chapter for Balanced Lifestore ✨
