You may have healthy, bouncy hair all year around, but come summer and your hair turns limp and lifeless. Sweat and dust, contributed by the Summer heat increase hair problems such as dandruff, split ends, and frizziness.
Here are a few tips on how we can combat these natural elements:

MOISTURE, MOISTURE AND MOISTURE :
Keeping hair well-moisturized by using a good-quality hair conditioner as well as using a leave-in conditioner will keep damage at a minimum or at a bay.

HATS AWAY :
By wearing a hat when lounging for long extended periods of time in the sun can be a great way to combat the sun as it provides full coverage of protection.

UV PROTECTION :
We would recommend using at least an SPF of 25.

WRAP IT UP :
Protecting those strands by wearing a headwrap can prevent major damage from the sun. Remember the ends of your hair are the oldest and weakest part of your strand, and are therefore more susceptible to damage.

TREATMENTS :
Book yourself an intensive treatment and trim with your hairstylist. The longer the hair the more the chance of damage.
HYDRATE :
Drink at least 2 liters of water a day !!!!
