Hair Education Fridays with Sasha
Most shampoo mistakes have nothing to do with the product. It's all in the method.
1. Brush your hair while it's still dry, from scalp to ends.
2. Work the shampoo between your hands first. Never apply it straight onto the scalp.
3. First shampoo, scalp only. Start at the back and work your way to the front to lift impurities, then rinse.
4. Second shampoo, lengths and ends only, then rinse.
5. Wring out as much water as possible before applying conditioner.
6. Detangle with a comb, starting at the ends and working up towards the roots.
Save this for your next wash day.

Les Vendredis Cheveux avec Sasha
La plupart des erreurs de shampooing ne viennent pas du produit. Tout se joue dans la méthode.
1. Brossez vos cheveux à sec, des racines vers les pointes.
2. Faites d'abord mousser le shampooing entre vos mains. Jamais directement sur le cuir chevelu.
3. Premier shampooing, uniquement sur le cuir chevelu. Commencez par l'arrière et remontez vers l'avant pour éliminer les impuretés, puis rincez.
4. Deuxième shampooing, uniquement sur les longueurs et les pointes, puis rincez.
5. Essorez bien vos cheveux avant d'appliquer l'après-shampooing.
6. Démêlez au peigne en partant des pointes, puis remontez vers les racines.
