It was only a matter of time

The body I wanted took more than just “losing weight.”
2 years of body recomp.
Building muscle, losing fat, getting stronger, and slowly changing my body composition without chasing the scale.
The cut.
I lost around 15–17 lbs and finally got to see what I had spent all that time building underneath.
The bulk.
Now we’re intentionally eating more, lifting heavier, and putting some size back on, but this time, with a plan.
Same body. Different phases. Different goals.
One thing this journey has taught me… you cannot judge your progress based on one phase.
Sometimes the goal is to lose.
Sometimes the goal is to build.
Sometimes the goal is simply to stay consistent long enough for your body to catch up with your vision.
Two years later and we’re still building. 🫡

The curls do it for every time! ✨
The sun dyed my roots an ashy brown. Love me a semi permanent hair dye that’s gets the job done! dpHUE
I had no clue I would turn into a wellness baddie, but I love it here!
