At 22, I discover more of myself every day through what I’m building.

What started with my own two hands is becoming something bigger than me. It’s beautiful, and honestly, very scary.

I stepped into this space with an opportunity and a vision that keeps growing: a place where artists can build a life through their craft, and women can feel cared for, unwind, and enjoy something beautiful.

You may not always be sitting across from me, but the care I’ve given you over the years is what I’m building this entire salon around.

All of these sets were done by our technician Victoria. Many of you know her as my assistant, and she’s now taking clients of her own. So proud to share her beautiful work!

She loves flowers and delicate petals, enjoys creating designs, and does such clean, beautiful manicures.

This is what training days with our team look like.

There is so much more to creating a beautiful nail service than simply learning the art itself. Behind every manicure, there are hours of practice, thoughtful conversations, careful observation, and a deep understanding that no two clients are exactly alike.

We study the way different skin types respond, the needs of different nail types, the amount of pressure each technique requires, and the methods that work best for every individual person. We talk about client care, communication, comfort, safety, attention to detail, and how to make thoughtful suggestions without losing sight of what the client truly wants.

Because a beautiful service is not only about the final result. It is also about how someone is welcomed, how they are cared for, and how they feel throughout the entire experience.

This is where we come together to learn, create art, refine our technique, and enjoy the process of becoming better while working alongside one another.

Getting your nails done can feel like a small luxury, but sometimes that small moment of care completely changes the way we feel about ourselves. Behind every manicure offered in our salon, there is more practice, education, intention, and love for the craft than most people will ever see.

And that is exactly what makes it so special.

We now have new design menus to make choosing your favorites a little easier. You already know we live to spoil you here :)

We also added a new pedicure option so you can enjoy a comfortable service while watching your favorite show, listening to music, and simply relaxing.

My office and conference room have been a complete mess, I’m not going to lie. I feel like things are piling up by the second, but at the same time, I feel incredibly grateful to have so much work, so many projects, and, most importantly, such an amazing team that helps me bring all of my ideas to life.

Little by little, everything is coming together, and every corner is becoming more beautiful. I’m so excited to share this season with you all.

What do we really cover during our salon training sessions?

So much more than nails.

We study technique, safety, efficiency, communication, client care, expectation management, and every small detail that shapes a woman’s experience from the moment she walks in until she leaves.

For years, everything depended on me. Now, I have the honor and responsibility of sharing what the past six years have taught me with my team.

We are not only perfecting the technique. We are building a salon where every woman feels safe, heard, cared for, confident, and beautiful.

Day off, what is that?

When I started my business at 16, I had absolutely no idea how much work it would eventually become.

Honestly, I was just a lost teenager trying to figure out what the hell I wanted from life. Doing nails initially gave me a reason to spend time away from a home that made me feel hopeless. Then it gave me an income, options, and the ability to leave situations I no longer wanted to be in.

I have never enjoyed feeling tied to anything. I like knowing that I have choices.

Somewhere along the way, nails became much more than nails. Every goal I reached made me excited to dream a little bigger, but the most valuable part has been everything this business continues to teach me about myself.

Running a business has been a very personal experiment in discovering who I am, who I want to become, and how I actually want to live.

At 22, I am realizing that I am probably never going to be done figuring myself out. There will always be another version of me to meet, another idea to explore, and another life I can decide to create.

That is what makes all this work feel worth it.

My family is not always physically close to me, but I still get to call my sisters and share the process with them. And when I am home working, I always have my cats nearby, offering absolutely no assistance whatsoever.

So no, I do not really know what a day off is.

He does, though.

Six years into building my business and I’m realizing growth has a lot less to do with knowing what you’re doing, and a lot more to do with being willing to figure it out. 🤍
