🤔Remember when you were a child?
Your parents made sure you took fish oil, vitamins, and other supplements.💊
Not because you were sick…
But because they wanted you to grow taller, stronger, and healthier.💪🏻
So why did we stop taking care of our health after becoming adults?
We work hard, build a career, pay for our car and house every month…
Yet we often forget to invest in the one thing that makes all of it possible—*our body*.🏃♂️➡️
Your body has taken care of you for years.
Maybe it’s time to start taking care of it too. 💚

💢 Why You Feel Back Pain When Kidneys Are Weak
1️⃣ Inflammation of Kidney Tissues
When your kidneys are tired or weak (due to infection or chronic issues), toxins start to build up — causing swelling & dull pain around your lower back.
2️⃣ Fluid & Toxin Accumulation
A weak kidney can’t clear excess water properly 💧
➡️ Leads to water retention, bloating, and pressure around the kidney area — that “tight” backache feeling.
3️⃣ Reduced Blood Flow / High Blood Pressure
When blood pressure goes up, it strains your kidneys further 🩸
This creates pressure imbalance and continuous back discomfort.
⚠️ If not treated early
Toxins will build up even more, fluid overload increases, BP rises — all forming a vicious cycle that worsens kidney damage.
🛡️ Don’t wait till it’s too late — start protecting your kidneys now! 💚

🚨 Holding your urine too long isn’t just uncomfortable — it can affect your bladder and urinary health.
Repeatedly delaying urination may contribute to bladder problems, incomplete emptying and a higher risk of urinary infections.
💙 Protect your bladder. Protect your kidneys. Don’t make holding your p*e a habit.

📩 [Kidney Function Stages – What It Means for You]
🔹 Stage 1 – Normal or Slight Damage (eGFR ≥ 90)
🟢 Kidney is still working well, but may have early signs of damage :
➡️protein in urine
➡️ high blood pressure
✅ No obvious symptoms yet.
👉 Best time to protect your kidneys and prevent future damage!
🔹 Stage 2 – Mild Decrease in Kidney Function (eGFR 60–89)
🟡 Kidneys are slowly losing function.
😐 Still no major symptoms, but may notice :
➡️Night Urine increase
➡️Urine become more bubble/smelly
🔹 Stage 3 – Moderate Kidney Damage (eGFR 30–59)
🟠 Filtration power is going down noticeably.
😮 You may start to feel:
➡️Foamy urine increase
➡️Frequent urination, especially at night
➡️Swelling in hands/feet
➡️Tired easily, back pain or weak leg
🔹 Stage 4 – Severe Kidney Damage (eGFR 15–29)
🔴 Very serious. Kidneys are struggling to work.
⚠️ Symptoms may include:
➡️Poor appetite, nausea
➡️Dry, itchy skin
➡️Swollen legs, trouble sleeping
➡️Back pain, high creatinine
👉 Must follow strict diet. Some doctors may begin dialysis preparation
🔹 Stage 5 – Kidney Failure / End-Stage (eGFR < 15)
⚫️ Kidneys are no longer working. Dialysis or transplant is needed.
😓 Signs:
➡️Constant fatigue
➡️Vomiting, breathlessness
➡️Little or no urine
➡️High toxins in blood
👉 At this stage, it’s too late for supplements. Early prevention is key.
📌 Health Tips:
Always monitor your eGFR, creatinine, urine protein, and blood pressure
Many people only discover they’re already at Stage 3 when symptoms show up

⚠️ Kidney Disease Can Be Silent — Until It Becomes Serious.
CKD can progress slowly with few or no obvious symptoms in the early stages. Some people only discover it after their kidney function has already declined significantly.
Possible warning signs may include foamy urine, frequent night urination, swelling, fatigue, or changes in urination.
When kidney failure reaches an advanced stage, dialysis may become necessary — often requiring multiple sessions every week and major lifestyle adjustments.
💙 Early awareness matters.
Monitor your kidney function, manage existing health conditions, maintain healthy habits, and seek medical advice when something doesn’t feel right.
Protect your kidneys today, for a better tomorrow.

⚠️ Taking medication? Don’t forget about your kidney health.
Many people rely on long-term medication to manage conditions such as high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol.
These conditions themselves can put extra stress on the kidneys, and certain medications may also require closer kidney monitoring.
Your kidneys work quietly every day — filtering waste and maintaining balance in your body. Don’t wait until kidney function has significantly declined before paying attention.
🩺 Manage your condition properly
📊 Monitor your kidney function regularly
🥗 Support your body with proper nutrition & lifestyle

Kidney Disease: The Silent Killer
One of the scariest things about kidney disease...
It usually doesn't hurt.
Many people think, "If my kidneys have a problem, I should feel pain."
But the truth is, your kidneys can gradually lose function over many years without obvious symptoms. That's why chronic kidney disease (CKD) is often called the Silent Killer.
As kidney function declines, you may start noticing:
🚽 Waking up several times at night to urinate
🫧 Foamy urine
🦵 Swollen feet or ankles
😴 Feeling tired all the time
📉 Your eGFR keeps getting lower
Many people only discover the problem after a routine blood test.
The earlier you know, the more options you have to slow the progression and protect your kidney function.
❤️ Don't wait until your kidneys are asking for help.
If you've been experiencing these symptoms, or you're unsure what your eGFR results mean, feel free to send me a message. I'm happy to help you understand them.
