People often ask me, “Why did you start your own beauty brand?”

The truth is, building a business in the beauty industry is never easy. But then again, what business is easy when you are starting from scratch?

My journey began many years ago. In 2000, I joined Miss Malaysia Universe as the youngest contestant and was blessed to be crowned 3rd Runner-Up. In 2002, I went on to win Miss Malaysia Tourism. That was where my passion for beauty truly started to grow.

My career then took me through different industries. I worked as a cabin crew with Cathay Pacific and later in Maybank Private Wealth. Throughout my professional journey, being presentable was always important, but beauty for me was never just about appearance.

The real reason DeAge was born was because of my father.

Watching him suffer from chronic skin problems left a deep impact on me. It became a personal mission to learn, explore and find better solutions. What started as a desire to help my father eventually became a calling, one that was far bigger than myself.

Today, with the support of our panel of experts, DeAge continues to develop quality products and services designed to transform lives. Our mission goes beyond skincare. We believe beauty and health go hand in hand. True transformation happens when we care for both our outer appearance and our inner wellbeing.

My father’s suffering was not in vain. It inspired a purpose.

If through DeAge we can help even one person regain confidence, improve their skin, feel healthier, or love themselves a little more, then every step of this journey has been worthwhile.
