It’s very therapeutic to get yourself soaked in a warm aromatic bath after busy and hectic days. All the body aches get soothed and your mind will just feel lighter. Automatically your lips crafted a smile. And you just want to enjoy the moment all by yourself.

Self love is important. You have to know the limit of your own body. You can work as hard as you want, but you have to rest hard too. I found my essential oils very therapeutic to my body and soul. My little boy is down with fever. 🥺
He woke up around 1am last night,crying. I thought he was asking for his milk like he usually does.
Being a mom, I could sense something is not right with the way he cry. I put the back of my hand on his forehead. It was hot 🔥🌡! But the sole of his feet were cold 🧊.

He even vomit 3 times last night, which he never did before when he was having fever. Then I decided to give him Syrup Paracetamol to cool down the fever.

I took T-Gize and rub on his stomach ,chest and the back. This helps to reduce his nauseated feeling, calm him down, and reduce stomach discomfort.

I also took Lemon and rub on his feet and spine. Lemon is very good in a sense that it helps in reducing body temperature and supports healthy immune system, its aroma create an energising environment.

Alhamdulillah, he was able to have a good sleep until 7.30am this morning. The routine is still on going right now. Well at least until he is fever free. Please pray for his speedy recovery 🤍🤍

Malam ni kita diffuse dua ni. Wangi sangat 🥰
Memandangkan husband pun baru balik outstation, kita diffuse thieves la nak clean the airway. Campur dengan Orange for a citrus fresh spicy aroma when diffuse together with Thieves.

Blend recipe 👩🏻‍🍳
6 drops of Thieves.
5 drops of Orange.
