看到奶水顺利流出来，感觉到硬邦邦的乳房慢慢变柔软；看到宝宝能够重新好好含乳、吸吮；还有妈妈从一开始的不舒服和紧张，到最后终于放松下来。
这些看起来很平常的小瞬间，对我来说，却是做这份工作最有成就感的地方。🫶🏻
陪伴妈咪们母乳喂养的过程，有时候，只是让妈妈舒服一点、了解自己的身体多一点、对自己多一点信心，就已经很好了。
而且说真的……看到奶阵喷出来，我还是会开心 😂🍼

My breastfeeding story:
I never imagined my breastfeeding journey would begin with my baby being a month away from me!
My son spent his first month in the NICU after birth, and as a new mother, I felt so helpless being separated from him.
The one thing I felt that I could do was expressing my breastmilk and send it over to him. My husband would travel back and forth between the confinement centre and the hospital, sometimes three times a day, just to deliver my milk.
And that was only the beginning of our breastfeeding journey.
We continued for over three years, we faced many challenges through recurrent blocked ducts, mastitis, and many moments of doubt…you name it. But somehow, we kept going — one day at a time.
Today, receiving this award feels incredibly special to me. It’s a reminder of the commitment I made to my son, the challenges we’ve overcome, and just how far we’ve come together.
And honestly, I’m really proud of our journey.
