材料 Bahan：
✅ MAGGI sambal Tumis
✅ 蒜头 Bawang Putih
✅ 红葱头 Bawang Merah
✅ 适量的盐 Garam
蒜蓉粉丝蒸鲍鱼
🔥蒜香扑鼻，一口爆汁！这盘上桌直接被抢光！
📌 做法:
👉粉丝提前泡软，摆盘。
👉鲍鱼刷洗干净，挖出内脏，表面改花刀。
👉鲍鱼焯水备用。
👉蒜末＋小米辣，加入食用油和适量蚝油爆香。
👉将蒜蓉均匀铺在鲍鱼上。
👉水开上锅蒸8分钟即可。

📌𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅:
👉Soak vermicelli until soft and arrange on plate.
👉Clean abalone, remove innards, score surface.
👉Blanch briefly.
👉Stir-fry minced garlic & chili with oil and oyster sauce.
👉Spoon garlic mixture over abalone.
👉Steam for 8 minutes.
