What a beautiful and memorable International Yoga Day Celebration 2026! 🙏❤️
Today, together with our amazing Udyogi Yogis, we celebrated the true spirit of yoga amidst the refreshing atmosphere of Genting Highlands. It was a wonderful morning filled with yoga practice, unity, joy, and positive energy.
A heartfelt thank you to all my students for your support, participation, and commitment. Your presence made this event truly special and successful. I am grateful to share this yoga journey with each of you and create such beautiful memories together.
May we continue to grow, inspire, and spread the light of yoga wherever we go. 🧘‍♂️🥰

Sometimes we plan our day, and sometimes beautiful moments just unfold on their own. Today was one of those blessings from nature. We didn’t plan for an outdoor yoga session, but it turned into such a peaceful and joyful experience. Feeling truly grateful to nature and God for this beautiful start to the day😊 filled with happiness and lovely yoga moments.♥️

Udyogi Retreat at Betong 😊 our first overnight retreat 🧘‍♀️✨
The excitement already started in the bus! Our first yoga session began there, and the 3-hour journey felt like only a few minutes because of all the fun and laughter.
Lunch in Betong, shopping like crazy, getting ready for yoga sessions, and playing yoga games at night 🧘‍♂️ so much joy, laughter, and beautiful memories together.
My yogis were so cute and enthusiastic for every session! The bonding, the smiles, and the energy made this retreat very special.
Feeling truly grateful and blessed to have such wonderful yoga souls around me. Thank you all for your love, care, and support. My heart is full. 🙏❤️

Her name is Ah Yong 💖
When she first came to me, she had zero yoga experience, she only did simple exercises at home. This was her very first step into yoga. Over the past one years, she has shown incredible dedication, consistency, and growth.
At first, I honestly thought she was around 60 years old. I was truly shocked🙂 and deeply impressed, when I later learned that she is actually 75. What makes her so special is her mindset: she never says “I can’t.” Every pose she tries, she does it with confidence, grace, and a beautiful smile.
Her flexibility, strength, and positive energy go far beyond her age. Ah Yong is a living reminder that age is just a number, and that with determination and joy, greatness is always possible💗on and off the mat. 🌟🧘‍♀️💖
