Can-Care's Participation in Johor Surgical Conference 2026

Can-Care was honoured to participate in the 4th Johor Surgical Conference 2026, held on 2–3 October at Renaissance Hotel Johor Bahru.

The conference brought together doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and healthcare partners to share knowledge and strengthen patient care. During the event, our team had the opportunity to present and discuss the importance of breast prostheses in post-surgical recovery.

Breast prostheses may support more than appearance. For some patients, they can help improve external symmetry, clothing fit, comfort, confidence and participation in daily activities. Most importantly, the choice should always be guided by the patient’s needs, comfort, recovery stage and personal preference.

We were honoured to have Melanie, Can-Care Area Manager (Central & East Coast), share on “The Importance of Breast Prosthesis & Mastectomy Bra.”

The session focused on the importance of choosing the right prosthesis and mastectomy bra, and how these can support comfort, body balance and confidence after breast surgery.
