General Requirements
Applicants should:
- Reside within Ogbor Hill or nearby areas in Aba.
- Possess good communication and customer-service skills.
- Be honest, responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain a neat appearance and professional attitude.
- Be willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Have relevant experience in a lounge, café, restaurant or hospitality establishment. Experience is an advantage but not compulsory for every position.

Role-Specific Requirements
Sales Representatives
- Ability to promote products and engage customers effectively.
- Good persuasive, interpersonal and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to meet assigned sales targets.

Waiters/Waitresses
- Ability to take orders accurately and serve customers courteously.
- Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Cashiers/System Controllers
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- High level of honesty and accuracy when handling cash and transactions.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Job Summary
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, staff supervision, revenue growth, and compliance with hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations of the hotel and ensure smooth service delivery
Supervise and coordinate the activities of all departments
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor occupancy levels, sales performance, and profitability
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly
Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff performance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Drive business development and marketing initiatives to increase patronage.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
